Cleansing

Lately I have been very much impressed,
With a cleansing diet to give your body rest,
You are to drink vegetable juices all day long,
Until your body clears all that does not belong,
You mix tomatoes, celery, onion carrot and ginger,
You add garlic a bit of cumin and turmeric in winter,
On top of it all, I add half a cup of extra virgin olive oil,
Sesame oil, sesame seeds and white vinegar that I boil,
Then in the evening after a long day of diet and juice,
I end with a T-bone steak, potatoes in gravy and mousse,
